The Miranda XM Adapter is a vintage camera accessory designed to allow lenses with an Exakta mount (or Topcon mount) to be used on Miranda SLR camera bodies. This adapter was part of a series of adapters created to expand the lens versatility of the Miranda system.

The adapter is in excellent used cosmetic condition, please see photos provided
