Canon BW-52B FD Lens Hood

The Genuine Canon BW-52B is a twist-on, circular or “petal” style lens hood specifically designed for vintage manual-focus Canon New FD (nFD) 28mm f/2.8 and 28mm f/2 lenses with a 52mm filter thread.

It prevents stray light from entering the lens to reduce flare and ghosting, resulting in enhanced contrast and richer colors. Additionally, the hood provides physical protection for the front element against impacts and dust.

The hood is in excellent used cosmetic condition.
