The Schneider-Kreuznach Componar-S 80mm f/4.5 (part number/reference 15819) is a 4-element, 3-group darkroom enlarging lens designed for medium format film up to 6x6cm
Application: Built primarily for darkroom enlarging and printing from medium format negatives.
Performance: Provides sharp contrast and edge-to-edge resolution suitable for standard amateur and professional wet labs. It bridges the gap between basic budget glass (like standard triplets) and top-tier 6-element professional enlarging optics like the Componon-S series
The lens is in excellent used cosmetic condition, please see photo provided.
Optically shows light dust and coating marks where fungus has been removed, this does not effect use.
Aperture Selection is positive.
Tested and working.
