Canon CA-100 Charger & DC-100 DC Coupler
The Canon CA-100 and DC-100 are a combined vintage power supply and dummy battery kit used to power older legacy Canon camcorders (such as E-series and early ES models) directly from a wall outlet. The CA-100 acts as the AC adapter (transformer), while the DC-100 serves as the DC coupler.
Camcorder Series Compatibility
The DC-100 dummy battery matches the shape of older, chunky rechargeable battery packs. It fits the following vintage formats:
Canon E-Series 8mm/Hi8: E50, E60, E70, E100, E200, E300, and E440
Canon UC-Series 8mm: UC1, UC10, UC20, and UC1500.Canon ES-Series (Early Models):
Early ES8000 and ES5000 models that rely on the BP-E style battery footprint.
