The Contax 137 MA Quartz (introduced ca. 1982) is a sophisticated 35mm aperture-priority SLR featuring an integrated motor drive (3 fps), quartz-timed electronic shutter, and full manual override capability. As an upgrade to the 137 MD, it offers a compact, lightweight body with Zeiss lens compatibility and reliable, automatic performance

It uses the Contax/Yashica (C/Y) bayonet mount, allowing access to high-quality Carl Zeiss lenses.

The camera is in good used cosmetic condition, The camera needs a new leatherette fitting, please see photos provided.
