The Minolta Focusing Rail AB III is a 1979 accessory for the Minolta Auto Bellows III and IV, designed for macro and close-up photography, allowing precise camera movement on the X-axis for critical focusing and to attach other accessories like the Macro Stand and Slide Copier. It features a single rack, 110mm shift, a movable and adjustable flash shoe with a sync contact, and a tripod socket.
