The Minolta Program 2800AF is a dedicated, high-performance electronic flash for older Minolta autofocus 35mm film cameras, such as the Maxxum 5000, 7000, and 9000. It features a guide number of 92 feet at ISO 100, offers TTL (through-the-lens) automatic exposure control, and includes an AF illuminator for low-light focusing. Key features include a “lo-power” mode for faster recycling and a standby circuit to prevent it from needing to be turned on and off frequently.
