The Nikon Nippon Kogaku Micro-Nikkor 55mm f/3.5 is a legendary, high-resolution manual focus macro lens known for extreme sharpness and flat-field performance. Introduced in the 1960s, it offers 1:2 magnification (1:1 with M-ring) for close-ups, while functioning as a versatile prime lens for landscapes and portraiture.

Macro Capability: Native 1:2 reproduction ratio, extending to 1:1 using the M2 or PK-3 extension ring.
