Voigtlander Kontur 6×9 Hot Shoe Viewfinder

The Voigtländer Kontur 6×9 is an accessory shoe-mounted viewfinder designed for 6×9 cameras that uses stereoscopic vision, requiring the user to keep both eyes open. Instead of showing a direct view, the viewfinder projects white framelines over the user’s unobstructed, life-size view from their other eye, allowing for use even in dim light. This design allows the brain to combine the two images, with the framelines appearing to be “floating” within the scene.
