The Zeiss Ikon Contaflex is a celebrated family of 35mm leaf-shutter SLR cameras produced in West Germany between 1953 and 1971. Leaf Shutter: Unlike traditional SLRs that use focal-plane shutters, the Contaflex utilizes a Synchro-Compur leaf shutter. This allows for vibration-free shooting and flash sync at all shutter speeds.
