The Nikon EN-EL15 is a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery for many Nikon DSLRs, offering consistent power, good cold-weather performance, and compatibility with specific camera models like the D750, D810, and D7000 series, charging via the MH-25 charger and featuring an accurate fuel gauge on the camera. Successive versions (a, b, c) offer improved efficiency, allowing in-camera USB charging with compatible newer cameras, but the original (EN-EL15) provides 7.0V and around 1900mAh, with later models potentially having higher capacities.
