The Nikon F5 is a professional, rugged 35mm film single-lens reflex (SLR) camera, released in 1996, that features an integrated motor drive with a vertical grip for high-speed shooting up to 8 frames per second. Key features include a sophisticated 1005-pixel RGB sensor for metering, advanced multi-CAM 1300 autofocus, and an F-mount for compatibility with a wide range of Nikon lenses. Its robust, weather-sealed aluminum and titanium construction was designed for the most demanding assignments.
